90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every bottle. If your dog doesn't show meaningful improvement after using one of our supplement protocols as directed, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, even if the bottle is empty.

To qualify:

  • The product must have been used for at least 30 consecutive days, as directed on the label
  • Your request must be made within 90 days of delivery
  • The product must have been bought at full price. Items bought during a promotion, at a discounted price, or as part of a bundle are not covered by this guarantee
  • The guarantee applies to your first order of a given product, and is limited to one claim per customer or household

To start a request, email info@trycanislabs.com with your order number and a short description of your dog's response.

Standard Returns (30 days)

Separate from the guarantee, unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and we do not provide prepaid labels. Contact us first, items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened bottles, except under the 90-day money-back guarantee above
  • Sale, promotional and bundled items
  • Gift cards
  • Free gift items included with a purchase

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders

Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, incorrect or defective, or if your dog experiences an adverse reaction, contact us at info@trycanislabs.com right away. We'll evaluate it and make it right at no cost to you. This applies to all orders, including discounted and promotional purchases.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union you may cancel within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it.

In addition to our 90-day money-back guarantee, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unopened and unused, with all seals intact
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

  • Returns must be shipped to our return address at the customer's expense

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
