🚀 Fast Fulfillment Means Fast Cancellation Windows

At CanisLabs, we process orders quickly to get your supplements to you as soon as possible. Because of this, our cancellation window is short — but we always do our best to help.


✅ Cancellations Within 24 Hours

You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

To cancel within this window:

  • Email us at 📧 info@trycanislabs.com
  • Include your order number and the words "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line
  • Our team will confirm your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days

The faster you contact us, the better the chance we can stop the order before it leaves our warehouse.


📦 Cancellations After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have passed or your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it — the package is already in transit with our fulfillment center or carrier.

In this case, you have two options:

Option 1 — Wait for delivery, then return

Once your order arrives, you can request a return under our 30-day return policy. The item must be unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Option 2 — Use our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you've already tried the product and it didn't deliver the results you expected, you're covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee — even if the bottle is empty. Just email us with your order number.

🔄 Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active CanisLabs subscription, you can cancel or pause at any time — no commitment, no penalty.

To manage your subscription:

  • Click the "Manage your subscription" page & contact us at trycanislabs.com
  • Or email 📧 info@trycanislabs.com with the words "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION" and your order number

Subscription cancellations apply to future shipments only. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled — see the section above for return options.


❗ Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests submitted outside business hours (Monday–Friday) will be processed the next business day. We recommend emailing as soon as possible to maximize your chance of cancellation before shipment.
  • We are unable to cancel orders that are already in transit. If you no longer want the order, please refuse delivery or follow our return process once it arrives.
  • Promotional bundles, sale items, and gift cards follow the same cancellation rules.
